C-Change Adventures was fortunate enough to host a Seniors Week event in conjunction with Coffs Harbour Council. A relaxing paddle out toward the river mouth before we gently paddled up riverwith the tide having a rest at the Jewfish Hole before heading up to the bridge linking Sawtell with Coffs Harbour. A slightly more strenuous paddle back against the slowly incoming tide back where we spotted the resident red backed sea eagle and some egrets and also a pair of osprey high above. Thanks to all who came on this first Seniors week event we have been involved in. I really enjoyed your company and hope to see you again in the future. Matt
