We offer a range of exciting options at CChange Adventures, from the hiring of kayaks and stand up paddle boards in Coffs Harbour, to sunset eco-tours on kayak with a marine scientist guide on flat calm waters. We cater for people to no experience to those with experience seeking adrenalin filled tours on white water or sea-kayaking.

We also offer a drop-off upriver service for hires greater than 2 hours. We are based at Boambee Creek Reserve and are available by appointment. We are open most days in school holidays and weekends but recommend booking as we may be out on a tour.

Kayak Eco-Tours
Our most popular tour is the sunset tour, perfect for families, beginners and those wanting to relax in the evening with your marine scientist guide Come and look for the local estuary fish and stingrays, watch the osprey swoop down and the wading birds hunting on the sand flats. Try your hand at yabbying and check out the hermit crabs. Hear about the local environment from your personal marine scientist guide.
All safety equipment including lifejackets, kayak tuition, paddles and a light snack on the way is included. Just bring a hat, sunglasses, a water bottle and clothes you are happy getting wet in.
Kayak Special Group Tours
Feeling like some adrenalin? Come and try white water kayaking or sea-kayaking with us. Join or create a group tour and experience the grade 1 and 2 rapids of the Coffs Coast region. Try catching waves sea-kayaking or Stand UP paddle Boarding on the waves or flatwater. We can create a group tour or hire for you to suit your experience, wants and needs. Where can I go Kayaking?
We offer kayak renting experiences in several areas throughout Coffs Harbour, those include Boambee Creek Reserve and Sawtell & Bonville Creek.
You can paddle on the beautiful Boambee Creek and Bonville Creeks just 10 minutes south of the centre of Coffs Harbour. We even take photos and email them free of charge after the tour!
What to wear when Kayaking?
We recommend you wear clothing that you are happy getting wet in. You will get a wet. Bring a hat, sunglasses and wear sunscreen as the sun will also reflect off the water.
What’s included in the hiring of a Kayak?
We provide life jackets of all sizes from 6 months and up. Maritime service requires all kayakers to wear a PFD (Personal Floatation Device) at all times. We provide PFD, paddles and kayaks. There are also water bottle holders built in the kayaks.
We can provide small drybags on request. We do recommend you try not take phones or keys or anything that you don’t wish to get wet or lost.
